Is how interested you are in property to start with. The greater your interest in something, the easier it is to stay focused. Building up a love of property will help, because you will start to see units, apartments or houses, not just as pieces of real estate but actual homes, and that in turn will allow you to better determine the advantages and disadvantages of individual properties. If you’re able to do that, you’re in a far better position to put yourself in the mindset of prospective tenants as to why they might choose one property over another.
